HepFit Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the HepFit application, you declare that you have read and accepted these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Nature of the Service

HepFit is a fitness assistant that provides exercise recommendations, programs, reminders, and similar features. The application is provided "as is"; no guarantees are given regarding any results, weight loss, muscle development, or performance. The application is for educational and informational purposes.

3. Not Medical Advice

The content in the application is for general information and motivation purposes only; it is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice. Before starting any exercise program, especially if you have an existing health issue or physical limitation, you should consult a doctor or healthcare professional.

4. User Obligations

While using the application, you must comply with the following obligations:

• You must perform exercises at your own risk and in a safe environment. If you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort, stop the workout immediately.
• Use appropriate clothing and equipment; follow the manufacturer's instructions for the equipment.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you share or create through the application. You cannot share content that violates third-party rights or is illegal.
• It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account; in the event of unauthorized access or security breach, contact the developer.

5. Account and Data

The profile and preferences you create in the application are largely stored on your device. For more information, please see the Privacy Policy.

• Deleting your account or uninstalling the application may delete your local data and these actions cannot be undone.
• By using the application, you declare that you are over 18 years old or have the necessary legal capacity. Users under 18 can only use the application with the consent of their parents or legal representatives.

6. Usage Restrictions

The use of the application is restricted as follows:

• The application cannot be used for illegal purposes or in a way that violates the rights of third parties.
• It cannot be used for harassment, threats, discrimination, or harm.
• It is forbidden to install viruses or malware; attempt to reverse engineer the application's source code; or gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
• It is forbidden to resell, rent, or commercially license the application.
• It cannot be used to send spam or unauthorized commercial communications.

7. Intellectual Property

The HepFit brand, logo, design of the application, and contents are the property of the developer or licensors. These contents and marks cannot be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Within the scope of the application, you are only granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right of use.

8. Limitation of Liability

The developer cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages, incidental or consequential damages, personal injuries, or data loss that may arise from the use of the application. Although reasonable efforts are made regarding the accuracy of the information in the application, all content is provided "as is" and is not guaranteed to be error-free.

Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations on consumer rights; in such cases, the limitation of liability is applied to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Modifications

These Terms of Use may be updated over time. In case of significant changes, you will be informed via in-app notification or update note. New conditions come into effect on the notification date, and your continued use of the application means you accept the updated conditions.

10. Applicable Law

The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply in the interpretation and implementation of these Terms. Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices are authorized for disputes; rights regarding special regulations such as consumer rights are reserved.
