Account and data deletion

Open Settings → Delete Account in the app and read the confirmation carefully. This removes your Firebase sign-in account and local profile, preferences and session history.

For previously submitted feedback, subscription service records or other retained records, contact destek@hepfit.biz. Deleting the app or account does not cancel a store subscription.

Images and connection

Cloud exercise images need a connection on first access. If loading fails, the app uses a local muscle template. Retry with a working connection.

Subscription and restore

Use Restore Purchases in the app with the same store account. Manage cancellation and renewal in App Store or Google Play settings. Contact us if access is still missing.
