Hep Fit Privacy Policy

1. About this policy

Hep Fit is developed by Metin Tiryaki. This policy describes the information used for account access, workout features, subscription verification and support. Contact: destek@hepfit.biz.

2. Information stored on your device

Your profile may include your name, email, age, gender, height and weight. Training preferences, profile photo and session history are stored locally using app storage. They are used to display your profile, create workouts and show progress.

The current app does not connect to Apple Health or Health Connect, and does not read heart rate, steps or sleep from these services.

3. Account, subscription and feedback services

Firebase Authentication handles email, Apple or Google sign-in. Firebase services may process account identifiers and account access records. Firestore is used for access verification records and feedback you choose to submit. Feedback can contain your message and associated account information.

RevenueCat and the relevant app store process subscription identifiers and purchase status to verify access. Payment is managed by Apple or Google; do not send payment details to support. Cloud exercise images are requested from Firebase/Google storage services.

4. Website analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand website usage. It may process browser, device and page interaction information. Website analytics are separate from your locally stored workout history. This is not a claim that the website is free of tracking.

5. Retention and deletion

Local records remain until removed through the app or device storage controls. In Settings → Delete Account, the app deletes the Firebase sign-in account and clears its local profile, preferences and session history. This action is irreversible.

Previously submitted feedback, subscription service records and records held by service providers are not all erased by this local action. Email destek@hepfit.biz to request review or deletion of associated records. Records required for billing or legal obligations may need to be retained. Deleting the app or account does not cancel a store subscription.

6. Your choices and contact

You can edit your profile and language in Settings, manage your subscription through your store and contact us with questions or requests about your information. The app is not intended for children under 13, or under 16 where this is required. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us.
