Delete your HepFit account

Delete in the app

  1. Open HepFit and go to Settings → Delete Account.

  2. Read the warning and type the confirmation word shown on screen, then confirm deletion.

  3. If prompted, sign in again and repeat these steps.

What is deleted?

Your Firebase sign-in account and this device’s local profile, profile photo, workout history and favorite workouts are removed. This cannot be undone.

Previously submitted feedback, subscription service records and records held by service providers are not all erased by this local action. Email destek@hepfit.biz to request review or deletion of associated records. Records required for billing or legal obligations may need to be retained. Deleting the app or account does not cancel a store subscription.

Cannot access the app?

Email destek@hepfit.biz to request account or associated data deletion. Include the email address associated with your account; never send passwords or payment details.

Request account deletion

This opens your email app. Your message is sent only when you press Send there.

Subscription and restore

Use Restore Purchases in the app with the same store account. Manage cancellation and renewal in App Store or Google Play settings. Contact us if access is still missing.
